Your coach or team mom should have distributed our sports package/product information before your scheduled photo day. If you have questions about a product or would like to see our product guide, please call us 267-PRATTCO (772-8826).


Please pay online and bring your email receipt to the photoshoot.  Our team members can help you with any questions you may have.  If you forget to pay online, please visit our display table to pick up an extra copy and payments will be accepted in cash or credit.




When you arrive on picture day, please find your coach/team and stay together as a group.  A Pratt & Co. Sports Photography team member will be actively seeking out coaches in accordance with our picture day schedule and moving the team to the photo station at their appointed time.  NO PARENTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PHOTO AREA due to the distraction of the photographer.


Have your child hold onto their PAID receipts/order forms and the photographer will collect  from each individual prior to having their photo made.  Each child must have a completed order form if they are purchasing any product. If you are ordering only a team photo, we still need a completed from with your information.  If you are not purchasing individual photos, we ask that your child still show up for the team photo.


Since we have teams scheduled throughout the day, it is very important that teams show up on time and ready. We want photo day to be fast, efficient, and fun. By following these simple guidelines, we can achieve this goal.



Your photos will be distributed back to your organization 14-21 days following your photo day.

Do I have to pay for photos on photo day?  
Yes, payment is required on photo day.  Your coach/league coordinator should distribute order prior to picture day.  You should complete this form and bring it with payment on picture day.


Can I get siblings in the same photo?

Yes.  Just inform the photographer on site of your wish.  Please note that if you intend to have your children photographed individually as well, a separate form will need to be completed for each.


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and Discover [Checks are NO longer received].  If you are paying with credit or debit, please notify one of our team members a few minutes before your scheduled time so that they may process your transaction securely with our mobile device.  If you are paying with cash, please include the correct amount as we cannot provide change on-site.
